We have helped release a new toolkit for Culture of Encounter - a Year of Conversation, Voluntary Arts Scotland, the Scottish Library & Information Council and the Scottish Book Trust project involving libraries in the universities of St Andrews, Glasgow, Edinburgh and the West of Scotland.
